Guarantee
Continental Imaging Products warrants all of our products to be free
of defects due to workmanship. In addition, Continental Imaging Products
warrants that if under normal use, our product is determined to have been the
source of damage to your equipment, Continental Imaging Products will reimburse
the customer for the cost of repair when provided with proper documentation.
Warranty
Continental Imaging Products guarantees its products to meet or exceed
OEM standards. If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with the product,
Continental Imaging Products will refund or credit 100% of the purchase price of
any unopened or defective merchandise.
Prior to returning defective product, a customer service
representative must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customer must provide defective product invoice number. All defective product
should be accompanied by test sheets showing print quality defect and must
arrive in good condition to receive credit. When test sheets are not readily
available defective product will be tested by our technicians, preferably in
your presence; and deemed defective or not defective at that point.
Full refund or equal exchange will be tendered based on results of in house
test. Full refund or equal exchange will not be tendered if 1) Defective product
was not produced by Continental Imaging Products 2) Defective product tests good
or 3) Defective product is returned empty (Less than 10% of original fill).
Please call for RMA tag. Returns will not be credited or replaced when cartridge
arrives improperly packaged or without our RMA tag affixed to carton.
